Each of our charters comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and fundamental refreshments. The exact offerings vary depending on the charter type — sunset trips include high-quality beverages and light snacks, while corporate charters come with meeting facilities and custom catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks ahead of time is suggested, particularly for busy seasons, which run from May to September. For business gatherings and special celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable for better availability and personalization options.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our paramount concern is safety. In case our captain deems the weather unsafe, we propose either rescheduling to a more suitable date or offering a full refund. We vigilantly monitor weather forecasts and will inform you if any concerns arise 24 hours before your planned departure.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food and drinks is allowed. Nonetheless, we provide excellent catering services that can be personalized to your tastes. It's important to note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility concerns?
We endeavor to be inclusive of all our guests. Can you tell me about your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel no less than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. Those who cancel between 24 and 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are generally nonrefundable, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical issues on our part.
