Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Complete refund minus service charges
Refund Window: 5-7 business days
Service Fee: €50 for credit card transactions
Requirements: Must be filed in written form through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before the Charter
Eligibility: 50% of the overall charter fee
Processing Window: 7-10 business days
Administration Fee: €25 deducted from the refund amount
Prerequisites: A valid explanation is required; additional administrative costs are incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before the Charter
Qualifies for: No refunds are provided
Exception: Consideration given to emergency situations
Alternative: A credit for future charters may be offered at the discretion of the management
Stipulations: Proof required for emergency cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event our certified captain deems the weather non-conducive for safe charter operations, we extend several flexible options:
- Complete Refund: If rescheduling isn't an option, a full refund will be provided
- Postpone: Charter can be moved to another appropriate day without incurring extra charges
- Charter Credit: A voucher valid for one year from the original booking date
Weather Evaluation Procedure
We take the following factors into account for our weather analysis:
- Evaluating wind speed and direction
- Ocean swell and wave conditions
- Forecast for visibility and rainfall
- Warnings from Coast Guard advisories
- Safety assessment by a professional captain
Decision Timeframe: Determinations related to weather cancellations are made no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Critical Conditions
Instances of medical emergencies are understood. The ensuing cases may be eligible for special consideration:
- Sudden medical emergencies or injuries that necessitate hospital stays
- Passing of an immediate family member
- Unexpected military duties or urgent call-backs
- Litigation duty or court-issued subpoenas
- Natural calamities that affect transit
Document Requirements
For processing urgent refund requests, supply us with:
- A medical statement or hospital paperwork
- Death certification, where relevant
- Formal military directives
- Legal notices for jury service or court attendance
- Government-issued travel warnings or state of emergency declarations
Processing Time: Emergency refunds are executed within a span of 3-5 working days post the submission of proper paperwork.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Complications
If the yacht allocated to you encounters mechanical issues that remain unresolved:
- Alternative Yacht: We will endeavor to provide a substitute of equal status
- Full Refund: Granted when no suitable substitute can be found
- Partial Refund: Possible when the alternative yacht commands a different fee structure
- Compensation: Additional remuneration may be considered for the inconvenience caused
Crew Unavailability
In the uncommon instance that the certified crew is not available:
- Replacement crew arrangements will be made, if feasible
- Complete refund if the charter cannot be conducted
- Rescheduling without additional charges

Refunds will be channeled back through the original payment medium utilized for reservation:
- Credit Cards: Processed over 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Processed over 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Processed over 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer Charges
€25 charged for all reimbursements executed via bank transfers
International Transaction Fee
Extra fees could apply for transactions across borders
Vouchers for Charters
Circumstances for Voucher Issuance
Credits for future charters could be presented instead of reimbursements under certain scenarios:
- Late cancellation submissions (less than 24 hours before)
- Cancellations prompted by weather conditions
- Requests for voluntary rescheduling
- Disruptions in operations
Credit Details
- Validity Span: 12 months from the credit's issuance date
- Non-transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Value: Corresponds to the full charter cost; service fees excluded
- Application: Usable for any future bookings of available charters
- Expiry: No extensions past the 12-month limit
Compensation for Partial Services
Service Disruptions
If your charter faces interruptions or ends prematurely owing to reasons within our control:
- Refund prorated based on the unused charter duration
- Vouchers equal in worth for subsequent charter experiences
- Gratuitous amenities or potential upgrades
Interruptions Caused by Guests
Should a charter come to an early end due to the conduct of guests or breaches of safety norms:
- No repayment for the unutilized portion
- Full payment is still required
- Potential for additional charges to be imposed
Dispute Settlement
In case you find a decision on refunds unsatisfactory, you are entitled to:
- Appeal for a reassessment by our executive team
- Furnish supplementary evidence or documentation
- Engage consumer protection entities for resolution
- Utilize legal avenues as prescribed by prevailing legislations
